Job Duties:
• Implementing Siebel CRM Financial Vertical 8.0 or higher for a variety of applications, including Healthcare.
• Manages Siebel development activities with respect to configuration, scripting, and building integration objects with other systems
• Design/Configure business services, workflows, EBC, VBC, smart scripts, client/server side scripts and reports
• Analyze, design and develop Siebel Healthcare application requirements based on best industry standard as per the business needs.
• Schedule, maintain and monitor workflows and EIM process, Perform repository migration, upgrades, Application tuning and performance monitoring.

Job Duties:

  1. Implement and execute the expert-level technical programming for ORACLE ebusiness suite and ORACLE cloud applications including account payables, general ledger, account receivables, order management, payments, receipts, purchasing, iprocurement, assets, cash management, tax, and expenses. Integrate source and feeder applications and transmit the transaction data without any manual intervention.
    • Strong SQL, ORACLE PL/SQL, ORACLE reports, ORACLE forms, bi publisher, financial reporting, financial statement.
    • Customer transaction report preparation skills.
    • Knowledge of sales, service, procurement, customers, financial controls and processes with functional and configuration management.
  2. Perform end-to-end life cycle implementation and testing for ORACLE e-business suite and ORACLE cloud application. Provide support to ORACLE order management, sourcing, advance pricing, inventory management, personalization, and customer relationship management. Work with the HP ALM, API, soap, toad, SQL developer, postman, and SQL/plus. Develop/enhance IT operational standards, best practices, and guidelines for increased systems reliability and application efficiency.
    • Understanding of software development life cycle and ability to implement end-to-end life cycle detailed activities related to development, testing cycles, system integration testing, end-user training, and detailed cut-over planning for any technical program management initiatives skills techniques, standards, best practices, and methods.
    • Extensive experience in ORACLE automation tools such as ORACLE test manager (OTM) and ORACLE application testing suite (OATS) to prepare the test stores and complete the testing.
  3. Collaborate with business superusers and subject matter expertise to prepare, review the technical and functional design documents for new project development, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Follow the agile and waterfall methodology to execute the projects.
    • Extensive technical, functional, proactive problem solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Coordinate with technical, functional and vendor teams in different geographic regions.
  4. Support upgrade tasks, data cleanup, conversion, migration of legacy application data. Perform a gap analysis to determine system configuration and development changes.
    • Analyze the gap and evaluates the design of existing and/or proposed systems.
    • Make use of ORACLE web service tool to connect, transmit and import the payload data.
  5. Perform ORACLE performance load management to manage workload distributions to provide optimal performance for users and applications. The notification mechanism that ORACLE real application clusters (RAC) use to quickly alert applications about configuration and workload service level changes.
    • Experience to create ORACLE alert to automatically monitor the application configuration and report any abnormal changes in the database after considering the service level agreement.
    • Extensive experience in configuring concurrent programs for system administrators to run and act on the performance issue.
    • Understanding of explain plan concept and generating the explain plan table to analyze the sequence of SQL query execution and identify the potential high-cost performance query in the ORACLE PL/SQL and concurrent programs.
  6. Support and resolve high severity production issues by raising an ORACLE service request (SR) and work with the ORACLE vendor team. Analyze the custom product applications and find the root cause of the issue to avoid the recurrence of the issue in the future.
    • Comfortable to raise an ORACLE service request in ORACLE support site, able to provide the diagnostics report by enabling

• Develop/enhance IT operational standards, best practices, and guidelines for increased systems reliability and application efficiency.
